Registration: HCPC PH117017 · Verify on the HCPC register
Tim is our Clinical Lead Physiotherapist, registered as a physiotherapist in both the UK and Hong Kong. Alongside his work at UK Pain Clinic he is a First Contact Physiotherapist in the NHS, seeing patients directly in GP practices — assessing musculoskeletal problems, screening for red flags and arranging X-ray, ultrasound or MRI where needed — and he performs joint injections within his NHS trust. He trained in sport and exercise science before completing his MSc in Physiotherapy at Brunel University London, and holds a Level 7 qualification in Musculoskeletal Injection Therapy from the University of Hertfordshire. At UK Pain Clinic he combines hands-on treatment, including spinal manipulation where appropriate, with joint injection therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, 3D posture scanning and equipment such as focused shockwave, ultrasound and interferential therapy.
